I don't know all the facts yet, but it seems like google removed Wordpress.org's page rank after violating some policy which could be interpreted as page rank spamming.

KoRn - Greatest Hits Vol. 1
Read more about "KoRn - Greatest Hits Vol. 1" ...After adding some CDs to my music collection last week I want to write at least a short review about one of them: The first greatest hits collection of KoRn. I only have 2 albums of KoRn before getting this collection but I really came to like this band because of their quite unique style of Rock and also because of Jonathan Davis' vocals.

Re: An observation about tech support
Jason Fried posted on signal vs. noise a very interesting entry about his view on tech support in general and where it could perhaps be optimized. I'm somehow biased here since I'm (1) on a support team and (2) being a developer myself, but I'll still try to be as open-minded as possible ;-)

Bye bye Mandrake
After stopping using MandrakeLinux a few years ago I really don't know a thing about their current products or their current product quality and so on but there's still a special place for Mandrake in my heart since it was my first Linux distribution and I had my best support experience ever with them :-)
