Not even the extreme heat could scare use away although the actual shooting was limited to only about 1h 30' and the rest of the time (from 5pm to 0930pm) was spent in cafés and restaurants ;-)

So far it was always fun. I'm not sure if Martin or Georg do any other kind of organization in the background but what it seems to me, all you need are some folks that enjoy going around taking photos, give them an option objective or some parameters and on you go.
And After-walk-event with good dinner is at least for me a must ;-)
So if you don't find an already existing photowalk-group, I don't think it's all that much trouble to just initiate one by yourself :-)
