Right on thr first evening in Carinthia I was either bite by a moscito or spider. In any case that wound got infected and now I probably cannot swim anymore for the next couple of days.

Rescuing bees with dextrose

We rescued a bee from the lake and tried to pep it up with some dextrose. After a couple of minutes it seemed to have gotten enough energy out of it and flew away 😁

Pretty much all afternoon and evening yesterday, a thunderstorm was closing in on Puntigam. It never really reached us properly but at least we had some really nice cloud formations especially to the East 😅

One of our pampas grass pots has now some guests: These little beauties showed up a couple of days ago (probably important from the nearby roof greening)! Sadly, I couldn’t yet determine what kind of flower they are or if they are just some kind of gras. I’m really bad at botany 😅
