  • Das war der Webmontag Klagenfurt 4.0: WCAG und Gesetze

    Posted on Aug. 11, 2008 at 23:05 +0200 Tagged with , , , ,

So, gerade vom Webmontag zurückgekommen.

  • BarCamp Senza Confini 2008: 2nd day

    Posted on Feb. 3, 2008 at 20:54 +0100 Tagged with , , , ,

The 2nd day started with quite a surprise when I came to the university at about 0830 just to find out that I had forgotten that the actual meeting time for the organizing team had been set to 0900 instead of 0830 ;-) I was also really sad when I noticed, that in the end so many people either didn't come at all or came only for the first day (or even only for a couple of hours on the first day). That said, the 2nd day was still great fun again :D

  • BarCamp SenzaConfini 2008: CSS Frameworks

    Posted on Feb. 3, 2008 at 14:04 +0100 Tagged with , , , , , , , ,

Big day, not so big presentation ;-) My primary goal here is, to introduce the idea of CSS frameworks as described for instance by Jeff Croft et al. After that, I also started giving a really brief overview about Blueprint, YUI and YAML.

    Enjoy :-)

Puh, first day of BarCamp SenzaConfini 2008 in Klagenfurt is over. Tons of presentations by people all over the region (Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, ...) and a couple of really stupid outages of Twitter :-(

  • First Photowalk in Klagenfurt

    Posted on May 21, 2007 at 11:05 +0200 Tagged with , , ,

The first photowalk in Klagenfurt is now history. And if this was the first chapter, the whole book will be great :-)

At 15:00 o'clock last Saturday 14 pseudo-tourists met at the Heuplatz in Klagenfurt to shoot at everything that would make the local tourism agency want to hire at least some of them ... if they'd known ;-)

See the whole group (- Georg who is shooting this photo)DSC_1357

  • PSP Platinum games in Klagenfurt

    Posted on Aug. 7, 2006 at 13:24 +0200 Tagged with , , ,

Getting one of these new Platinum PSP games (like Ridge Racer, Everybody's Golf etc.) really seems to be more complicated that I first thought. For the last 2 weeks or so I went from store to store just to find the old full-priced copies. Not a single Platinum game for the PSP in sight.

Today I went to one of my favorite stores to look first of all for a new mouse but also checked their games. No Platinum games for the PSP their, either. Since I know some of their staff there, I went to ask them about that. After some searching we both discovered, that appearantly budget games are not ordered automatically, only the full-price games. Since none of the local stores have Platinum games by now, this seems to be a common practice.
