Sparse sci-fi movie with lots of production value and great acting. For me it was a bit too sparse regarding some of the back story of what happened in the world, though. I guess I’m just too much into world-building 😅

Didn’t he say that they won’t run ads but instead integrate a payment system for additional features? That being said, I haven’t yet found the primary source for that quote but just articles e.g. by DerStandard.at (normally quite reliable) and didn’t care to dig too deep since I don’t use Telegram but focus on Signal and Matrix.

So Telegram will in the future add features that are for paying customers only. No problem with that but I’m really wondering if it will stay ad-free for much longer. Yes, in the article they say they don’t have any plans but let’s see…
